You’ve had burgers but have you had a Crafty Burg’r? I tried Crafty Burg’r a little while ago at one of their Cornelius, NC locations. Even though it seems like I’ve been driving past them for years and never stopped in until now. I’m absolutely embarrassed in myself that I never stopped in sooner because I’ve been missing out!
I’m not joking either, everything was perfect. The price, the size of the burger, the sides, and app. Going in, I was thinking it was going to be another $13-14 burger with just fries and out comes a massive “slop” with a greasy bun. I was wrong, by far. Inside, the decor is very trendy and not overwhelming with TVs and just loudness.

To start, I went with the fried pickles, which were delicious. Not too thick and not too thin and had a great crunch to them. Served with a side of ranch in a small mason jar which pairs well with their theme.

For my main meal, it was a tough decision. There are so many varieties of burgers plus you can build your own. They have 13 crafted burgers on their menu, and I went with the Bacon Jam Burg’r which features bacon jam, bacon, smoked gouda, lettuce, tomato, and onion. It also comes with two sides. I went with the onion rings and mac n’ cheese. I was so happy with that choice too!
Now, they also have other items that are not burgers such as salads, five different chicken choices, plus a couple of other hits like Fried Peanut Butter & Apple or your Classic Grilled Cheese. There really is something there for everyone, and I was so pleased with the portions. I can’t wait to go back again!
Currently, they have three locations. Two in Cornelius and one in Denver. I wouldn’t be surprised to see more locations coming up throughout the Lake Norman area and Charlotte.
